Production Update 09.21.21

Hello Trusty Backers!

I am sorry for the delayed update. I've been waiting to hear from manufacturers and last time I reached out was right before Mid-Autumn Festival and prior to that I got swept up in the madness of preparing for Gen Con after not having done a show for so long. 

My dice manufacturer was slower than they had originally anticipated with the quality control. Tonight's email from them said they will send the dice to the printing / packing facility at the end of this week. 

Once they have them, the printer will put them into the vials and get everything ready to head out to the fulfillment centers. 

I hope I will be able to give you an update next week, while I am at Origins Game Fair.

Hello trusty backers! 

Everything is getting close to packaging! It's awesome to see all of the different of the pieces of this puzzle coming together.

• Toppers are en route to the printer
• Dice are being packed up to send to the printer

After speaking with my printer, they are planning to have everything packed up and ready to send my way at the end of September. Things are a little crazy right now with getting items on boats from manufacturers, but these are all great steps getting us closer to having the dice in your hands.

The printer is going to separate what is coming to me and what is going to my fulfillment partner in Ireland. Because of this, the next step is very important.

On September 3rd I will be locking Backerkit Orders and charging cards for any add-ons and shipping fees

If you don't know if you have filled out Backerkit you can check here. There are 42 backers who have not finalized their order.

I am locking it down is so that I can get a final count on what needs to be shipped to our fulfillment partner. This is extremely important for those of you not in North America. All other countries will be shipping out of Ireland. I am going to send a limited supply of each item to them, so if you haven't finished backerkit there is a strong chance your order will have to be shipped late and at a higher cost.

Dice Production Almost Done!

Hello trusty backers!

This morning I received an awesome email from my dice manufacturer. The dice have been inked and polished and are now in the quality control stage. They have sent me photos that look good, but now I am waiting for samples to get sent to me so that I can give them a good inspection before I approve them. After that, the dice will be sent to the printer who will put everything together. 

Hopefully, I will be able to share photos next week.

There are now less than 10 hours left on my Vast Grimm project.

Hello Trusty Backers!

Production is moving along smoothly on all parts. So let's dive into that:

• Plastic tubes are at the printing manufacturer
• Printing samples arrived today and have now been approved 
• Pins have arrived to me (see images below)
• Dice are in production, 4 out of 5 are off to be inked and tumbled (see images below)
• Toppers are in production and should be delivered to the printing manufacturer soon

Everything seems to be on track for the PolyDice Potion project! Once I have some more photos to share, I will make sure to update here!

Hello Trusty Backers!

Since last we spoke, all manufacturers have been paid to begin work on the various elements. 

• Viles are on their way to the printer who will put everything together.
• I have approved the topper samples for mass production. 
• Pins are in production already and should be ready the fastest (about 2 more weeks).
• All printed materials, labels, potion racks, and stickers are being made as samples which I should have in the next week or two so I can approve for mass production.
• The dice are in the production line waiting to be made. There were many dice ahead of PolyDice Potions, but It shouldn't be long now until production begins. I will share photos when I get them.

I'm excited that everything is in process and I will update you once I have more to share.

In other news, Infinite Black has launched my latest RPG today on Gamefound!  

This has been an amazing project to lead. I started writing it with my friend Ross Brandt and sculpting creatures for it in December. Then once I pitched Infinite Black on publishing it in January, I've gotten to work on this as a good chunk of being a part of the IB team. 

It has really been a dream gig getting to write, sculpt, and layout a huge amount of this project as my job. I hope you will check out the campaign here. Oh, and since you like the math rocks, there are 3 new Elder Dice sets that are part of Vast Grimm!
